It's been way to long!!

Sorry it has been so long since the last blog, but here are a few updates , I get some pics/video up later when I have more time.

1. Malachi learn how to crawl March 22 after getting home from chruch.
2. The following weekend March 28 at 8 1/2 months, Malachi learned how to walk and has been unstoppable ever since. (The main reason I haven't been able to blog.) Now any house work or anything that needs to be done is done during his afternoon nap. He is into everything he can get his hands on.
3. We have a computer virus on our laptop and had to save all the pictures and music on it before we take it somewhere to have it fixed. (One reason I haven't been able to blog)
4. Malachi's favorite thing to do is chase the cat and dogs because now there is no where they can hide. Missy and Mae play back, but Delilah just runs away.
5. Malachi has graduated from baby food to real food. Still figuring out what he likes and doesn't like and the dogs love meal time because most of it ends up on the floor. No teeth yet, but you can see to the two bottom front teeth coming in.
6. I just finished my Spring bible study, One on One Discipling, with a group of amazing women at our church. It was an amazing study and a great tool for me to use time and time again.
7. Chris is still the same ol', same ol'. Lots of work, but then with his three days off every weekend (except for an SRT mission, or an honor guard function, or an Extra Duty gig, or now an ICE (immigration) transport) we get lots of time together as a family. He just got off a six day weekend, then a 4 day weekend which was a nice refresher for him.
8. A week before Easter we had to get a new water heater. When they pulled the old one out they laughed saying it was about ready to blow (I love being a home owner).
9. And to top the month off, I had to call 911 and have the fire department tell me that our frig blow up and that's why our kitchen was full of smoke and recked of electrical fire. It was scary, not going to lie, but extremely thankful it was just the frig and not a real fire. The fire department was nice enough to store all the food that was in the frig until we bought a new one. We were able to get one the next day too, they aren't as heavy as you might think.
10. So we spent a little more money this month then we wanted to, but everyone is safe and that is all the matters.

That pretty much sums up the long and short of it so I will try and keep everyone updated and continue posting pictures of our growing boy. Love you all.
